About Quentin
Quentin possesses a vast and diverse background in project leadership and investment within the fintech, Web 3.0, and high-performance computing sectors, having initiated his professional journey in early 2016 in Shanghai, China. In 2018, Quentin emerged as one of the youngest managers at Swisscom Blockchain, overseeing all blockchain operations across Greater China. By late 2018, he successfully co-founded a venture-backed decentralized trading protocol for digital assets, solidifying his reputation as an accomplished entrepreneur. In 2020, Quentin advised and co-managed two proprietary machine learning trading solutions for DeFi applications, which he subsequently sold in 2021. In October 2021, Quentin co-founded Alpha Praetorian Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage and growth investments. Currently, he operates from both Geneva and Dubai, managing investments and providing expert guidance to industry-leading companies. In 2023, Quentin co-founded NOWHERE, a network of tech-native, exclusive hospitality clubs that bring together leaders, visionaries, and creative mavericks of the emerging new internet, offering unique spaces in the world’s most important metropolitan hubs. Quentin’s educational background includes studies at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a focus on Finance from HEC Lausanne.

Shahab Izadpanah is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record spanning over two decades. He has successfully launched multiple ventures across Europe and the Middle East in a wide range of industries including financial services, corporate services, M&A, trading, real estate, hospitality, fashion retail, publishing, and F&B.
Since 2005, Shahab has been the Founder and CEO of Swiss Investment & Finance SA, as well as its sister company Riviera Multi Family Office based in Monaco. His current focus is on investing in technology, real estate, F&B, and PE. In 2021, Shahab co-founded Alpha Praetorian Capital, a Luxembourg-based investment firm. Its portfolio includes several leading companies in the field, supported by industry leaders and leading the way in innovation and creation. Most recently, Shahab co-founded APC Labs SA to harness the expertise of APC’s portfolio leaders and incubate Web 3.0 projects, guiding Web 2.0 businesses and individuals through their transition journey.
